ACL Rehab needs to be progressive, aggressive, and at the end of the day look a hell of a lot like what you’re trying to get back to. Returning people to sport with no objective measures other than “time” since surgery is reckless.

You should have specific numbers in mind that you need to hit in order to get back to sport.

You should be able to look and feel confident in your movements.

You don’t need to be in the clinic 2 times a week. You need to be in a gym, on a track, and/or in a field 2-3x times per week. With a properly structured and goal-oriented plan with SPECIFIC goals in mind. Most clinics aren’t set up to handle what you need to do in order to prepare you for your sport. Either from an equipment perspective or system.
