About Bookends Rehab & Performance
My name is Morgan Stanley (not to be confused with the Financial Institution) and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for bridging the gap between pain and performance.
I want to help people avoid unnecessary surgeries and medications, be proactive rather than reactive, and help them re-write false fear inducing narratives that the healthcare industry has told them.
I truly believe in empowering the individual with the tools they need to get moving or stay moving by addressing and breaking down real or perceptual barriers to activity.
I aim to be the only and LAST resource you need in your wellness story.
I am firm believer that Rehab and Performance are on a spectrum and not two separate entities.

With an individualized approach I work with you on your specific needs and goals whether that to be to get rid of nagging pain, recover from a surgery, improve performance, or feel more confident.

My Process

Free and informal informational call for you to ask any questions you may have about Bookends R.P., what you are looking for and for us to decide if Bookends is the right fit!

1 hour long initial assessment and movement screening. This is where we will dive deep into any injury history, goals and aspirations.
Incorporated in here on a needs basis will be different measurables that fit your goals (jump height, movement assessments, technique correction, etc. ).

Once we decide on the plan it will be delivered and tracked through the Bookends App.
Workout Programming, Rehab Programming, Injury Prevention Plans, and Diet/Nutrition guidance all in one space.
Not to mention direct communication with your clinician coach. No more having to wait between sessions.
